Located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighbourhood, just two miles south of downtown Nashville, The Fairgrounds Nashville is a multi-purpose complex combining exhibition halls, green spaces, motor tracks and event space. Once the centre of Tennessee for fairs and exhibitions, today The Fairgrounds inspires with new formats. In 2018, an initiative was launched to revitalise the area: pavilions were renovated, green spaces and infrastructure were improved.

The first phase of the transformation was completed in April 2019 with the opening of Fair Park, 23.2 acres of public green space. By October of that year, an exhibition centre with more than 132,747 square feet of space, as well as a covered and uncovered outdoor area, was operational.
Today, the complex hosts fairs, exhibitions, festivals, sporting and cultural events. One of the largest regular events is the Nashville Flea Market, considered one of the leading flea markets in the country. The Fairgrounds Speedway, a 0.596-mile oval asphalt track with an 18° banked turn, is still in operation on the grounds.

When fully utilised, the complex can accommodate up to 7,310 people, making it one of the largest venues in Nashville for mass events.

- Fair Park is a green area next to the main pavilions. It’s a great place to take a walk after an exhibition or concert, where you can take a break, watch the events or simply enjoy the view of the city.
- Speedway is a historic race track that has become a symbol of Fairgrounds. Legendary car races were held here, and even if there are no races now, a walk through this part of the complex gives you a sense of connection to the past.
- Geodis Park is a modern stadium that blends harmoniously into the complex. It is a striking example of how Nashville preserves its history while developing infrastructure to the latest standards.
